Mino Care

Mino Care (formerly known as Mommy Monitor) offers free virtual mental health support for Black parents. They also offer a verity of other services such as free doula support, pelvic floor physiotherapy sessions and a list of Black maternal health professionals in Ontario.

Finding a Black doula is easy with the Ontario Black Doula Society directory. OBDS also has resources for both providers and expectant parents. 


 

Online Class

Birthing While Black Prenatal Program

Birthing While Black (BwB) is a free online prenatal program developed by registered midwife Althea Jones. The program covers all general aspects of prenatal care and has a specific module for considerations for Black parents.
